Houses 17 days no reply

I move to a other server! I moved 4 toon's, Next thing I notices all my House are GONE! Its been over 17 days and no reply! Just that its been put on hold! I have NO trophies Im missing VERY important Idem's and gear! This has made it very ruff on my toons!

I know it don't take 17 days to give me some type of feed back! BUT NOTHING! Iv been playing 20 years with 4 accounts! Ya think they give some type of response or at least Give me my trophies to they can fix all that I lost! Right now Iv lost over 400 million in idem's including Every painting in the game! Not including the what I could be making in Kronos!
