Anyone have any luck getting this achievement recently? I'm trying to get it on my 110 shadowknight, I've removed literally all my armor and weapons to get my poison resist down to 200, and I don't see the NPC even casting it in the 15 minutes that the fight has been ongoing.
Not sure if you tried it but I believe you need to hit the mob with certain types of damage (different for each mob) to trigger it. Check Zam pretty sure it lists the types.
