Hit Point Regen

  1. Mesc No $$$ Until the Experience is put back on Mobs!!!

    I just maxed my Innate Regeneration 40/40. Doing this cause my Combat Hit Point Regen to drop significantly. Possibly by 100 or more. Is this a bug? Has this happened to anyone else?
    Can this be looked into?

    Are you sure you didn't lose a buff? What's your combat HP regen now?
