And the Sympathetic Force of Magic X is quite nice, really happy with the damage amount, although one wonders why it isn't fire, since that is what we can debuff and use most. Or maybe that was the point, to give us something that can do a lot of damage, but then make it not work with our best debuff, as "balance". Still... My question is this. Why does it have Earth Shiver, a level 66 PBAE as a proc? Please, SOE, either give us something useful or just remove it.
Yep, same reason the new Blight has a DoT proc. The proc makes it a neat toy for faction farming, slayering, or whatever other reason you'd have for killing lots of trivial mobs.
