I decided to main a druid recently and really enjoy the negative resist mod on the swarm dot spells. I've noticed the flame lick line is also very rarely resisted but it shows no negative resist mod on the spell info. I've fought quite a few fire resistant bosses who I could almost never land Ro's Fiery Sundering (-200 fire resist check) but had a much easier time sticking a Breath of Ro dot on them. I was curious if other classes have spells that act like Lures but don't show any negative resist mods, and if anyone has parsed the Flame Lick line in particular to see what it's effective resist mod is? And a related question I've been wondering about: can you debuff a mobs resists into the negatives? If so, is there any advantage to doing that? I appreciate any info people have to share on this
Your best bet would to use your aa resist debuffs. I think you have two of them? Not sure but one of them I'm pretty certain is blessing of ro.
