I have Hero's Forge unlocked on my character. Up until a few days ago, I have been able to switch appearance augs in and out of my gear with no problem. However, starting about three days ago I have been having trouble either removing appearance augs from my gear or inserting appearance augs into my gear. This is happening seemingly at random, as only some gear is being affected at any given time. For example. I removed all appearance augs so I could dye my gear. When I tried to put augs back in, only half were taking the augs. The next day, I could add to two, but not the others. And today, I can not remove a shield aug from an old piece of gear, nor can I add an aug to my helm. I have tried a few different appearance augs items, yet nothing sockets. Any thoughts?
