Hero's Forge - Does it stick with the character even with an account change?

I'm pushing one of my toons over to another account, and really like the Hero's Forge look.

If I buy Hero's Forge before transferring accounts, will Hero's Forge remain unlocked on the character before being transferred?

I'm not positive, but it should seeing as it is flagged by character and not account.

Yes. One of my alts was transferred to another account and kept his HF armor.

Hero's Forge is character-specific, not account-specific. You'll lose your veteran rewards (will still have them claimed though) so your transfer may remove your ability to Guild Lobby port. =/
