Any idea if the heroic character upgrade system is down because all I am getting is transaction error when trying to buy one. As for the zip code it ask for a 5 digit one but my country only use for digit codes. Anyway around this or is that where the error is?
I get this too any help would be appreciation. I used the "Upgrade Character" button at the login screen and it errors out with "Transaction failed! The was an problem processing your request. Please try again later." I did purchase enough DB cash and it's still not working.
When your logged in on the character that you want to upgrade, purchase it in game from the store and do it that way. I was having the same issue, but it worked fine in game.
