Hi everyone. First post here. I first joined Everquest in 1999 and played for several years. I joined again briefly last year as I was searching for some good ole fashioned nostalgia. I saw the advertisement for a free heroic character and wanted to jump on it. I want to safely explore Norrath and revisit the world I loved so much. However, I cannot redeem the character. I've read other threads about how to do it but none of those techniques have worked. I also cannot for the life of me contact Daybreak support... Can anyone help me get in touch with support? I'm eager to explore the world! Thank you so much.
Please be a little more specific. Are you using the old account you used to play with? A new account you just made? Support is thru petitions but if you give us a little more info we can prob help.
