So after several years away from the game I went all access today to get my free Heroic character. Naturally, I created the Heroic in the short time the servers were up today minutes before the last crash. I made a DE mage. I now have a level 1 paladin in an "unknown zone" instead and zero available heroic upgrades. I submitted a ticket but, in the meantime, should I try deleting the new mystery character to see if I get my Heroic credit back? Not sure how long support tickets usually take to be resolved but I also don't want to delete any evidence of what happened so that, hopefully, I can get my Heroic credit back. Thanks in advance for your advice.
