My character Erudite Male Dacnal on the Rathe bought the hero forge stuff a month ago and it looks like there some sort of bug. The hat augment that came with the set, auburn aug and the halloween augs are all doing the same thing on him. everytime he zones my character looks like he has no hat on. i have to take the head slot item off and put it back on and then the hero aug is visible again. i know it not a graphic issue cause the guildies can see when i zone i dont have the hat on and when i take it off and on then they see the hat also. i also tried on multiple computers and same thing.
It sounds like there may be a bug but I'd still recommend submitting a ticket to our GM's just to be certain.
