Harm Touch Nuke

    Has anyone else noticed a issue with the instant upfront nuke for harm touch? Last 3 times I have used it I got a message of 1 non-melee damage when it was casted instead of the 100K+ it should be. Only the dot portion seems to work fine at like 32K a tic like it should be. HT at 23/24 on my alt. Not sure if my sk is just bugged or if this is a HT issue, maybe for those who don't have the CoTF rank yet.

    Makes me wonder if they made some adjustments. When I had rank 23, the initial DD would triple landing for 300k. Last time I used HT 24/24 the initial DD lands for the reported 312400. I may have to testcopy and resetaa to see if it is indeed broken.

    I would definitely bug it in game the next time you use Harm Touch and the DD portion doesn't report he correct damage.

    Good call RangerGuy, Rank 23/24 is bugged on Test.
