This happened on multiple mobs while trying to adjust the range and location during this mission. Spells did landed even though I was getting the melee message target was out of range with it right in my face. Guardians of the Snails.
Dropped the original instance and the second instance still had some problems with mobs not in range while they were right Infront of me. But a much cleaner version and playable.
