Just curious if you had the choice of 54 of the best players in EverQuest that never missed an emote timed disks, spells etc. perfectly what raid makeup would you use to put out the best possible dps raid synergy wise while not overlooking cc and other things required.
3 groups of Shaman, Bard, Beastlord, Rogue, Rogue, Berserker. Replace 1 or 2 of the rogues with rangers for buffs / MGBs. 3 groups of Druid, Enchanter, Wizard, Mage, Necro, Necro. May want an extra bard in here somewhere, not sure of the size of the benefit to casters and if it compensates for the loss of an extra dps. I understand 6 to be the limit for using up all of the debuff slots, if it is lower, remove a necro and replace with another mage/wizard. 3 groups of Cleric, Cleric, Warrior, Paladin, Shadowknight, plus 1 SK/War/Pal so there are 4 of each total. That should be able to handle any reasonable number of mezzable/offtankable adds.
war, war pal, sk, dru cleric x2 war, war, pal, sk, cleric, cleric x1 rng, bard, zerker, rogue/monk, rogue shaman x2 rng, rng/monk/blord bard, zerker, rogue, shaman necro, necro, necro, necro, enc/necro/mag, bard wiz, wiz, mag, blord/dru, enc, bard x2 that is probably the most well balanced the second wiz/caster group could be replaced with another of the melee groups.
