Group Druid skin blocked by single target

    Pretty sure no matter what the group should refresh over the single? no ?

    Did the person casting the single target skin have a better enhanced duration than the person casting the group buff? I've seen that cause a block before.

    same toon cast both in every instance

    an I did see the same before the days listed, I deleted this toons logs tho
