graphic bug: textures goes black when far away

    In some zones, textures turns black when viewed from far away, or at very steep angles.

    It is most obvious in OT(ros-version), the grass textures near the chasm, shown here far away in the background: https://ros.eqresource.com/expacimages/theoverthere4.jpg

    It also happens in lcea in the city in some places on the ground.

    My guess is, that the "smaller mipmaps" are replaced with a black texture, rather than the mipmap they were supposed to have.

    My gpu is an AMD radeon hd 5750, driver: catalyst 15.8 if that is relevant.
