Looking for a confirmation on PH name for Repair for Pieces or at least in what area he spawn in. Only mobs that kinda make sense to be Ph are an iron Legion Infiltrator. Unless an iron Legionnaire and the destroyed and damaged for the quest can also be PH ? but then we would see him up more often if that was the case.
the PH is the "an iron legion helper" , I've got him to spawn from all 3 at the upper most ring of the mountain. 2 are static and 1 roams
