Glowing Obsidian Runes to Kalim'Kar the Gold in Ashengate

    Turn in Glowing Obsidian Rune to Kalim`Kar the Gold in Ashengate, Reliquary of the Scale and receive spells. He gives us nothing.
    All characters are Ally to Infiltrators and Traitors of Ashengate and Ally to Scholars of Solusek. Done all quest and raids.
    Just can't do the turn in for spells. He gives the runes back.

    Is this on Vaniki and are you under level 75?

    Why do you have to be under level 75? Have to shroud to get them?

    I don't think he was suggesting that you have to be under level 75 to get the runes. He was asking because if you were under 75 the npc might not give them to you.

    Lvl 120. He won't give the missing Rank III spells. I petitioned, was told to do a bug report. Appears they are not looking at this. It's been a few years, every now and then I go to Kalim'Kar the Gold in Ashengate and try. Never works and when I do a /outputfile Missing spells they still show up as missing so just how am I to fix this?
