Is anyone experiencing some issue with ggh? Just noticed that everything in ours are gone, totally empty, the unkeep is still 1419w. is this a known bug? Do I need to submit a ticket or something?
I have 2 houses. I had a large siren statue in front of both houses. The statues are gone. Bushes are missing. And another siren statue that was inside one of my houses is gone. I has some gems on the steps leading into one of the houses, they're gone, just vanished into oblivion. I just wonder what else might be missing?
A quick update in case someone is still having issue with ggh/house missing stuff, this might worth a try. Here is what worked for us: Try loading an old layout(eq icon/real estate/items/choose the layouts tab/select one/then hit show details, if it's a valid one it should show items in details), then hit load All and hopefully you find your stuff reappear. I actually couldn't find a valid one, fortunately an officer found a layout being workable--a lot stuff still misplaced, anchors floating in the sky, npc at strange place etc, but at least we got most stuff back.
It's been 15 days since I filed my petition. It's been 13 days since I got a canned response. I am still missing my entire guild village/neighborhood.
