So as far as I know, one item from your gear can proc at a time. This means stacking up on procs with your gear can actually lower your dps since the high dmg procs are firing less. I'm wondering if this applies to spells and songs as well. I've been thinking about picking up Gloves of the Crimson Sigil from Vex Thal and using the proc buff from that. Will this item make things like Leopard, Bard songs, or even procs from my gear proc less? If someone could explain how gear, spell, and song procs work that would be great.
