I kept clicking on my Krono that I had handed my alt, over and over, and it wouldn't work. I was getting red text messages saying that "This Krono was not successfully consumed". Finally the last time I clicked it, it disappeared. I waited to get All Access and it didn't happen. The game literally ate the Krono and did not allocate me All- Access. This is absolutely unacceptable... I hope this is fixed soon. Obviously I petitioned already. But this should not be possible, and I would caustion anyone who is having issues consuming Krono - be careful right now (I've seen other people say they're also having issues.)
Sign out of the game. Sign back in. Usually that will fix it. I have not had one eaten yet but I've had multiple issues that required a sign out/sign in when doing things with kronos.
