FV General Chat showing 400 not allowing access or spawning additional channels

    Description: General chat is showing 400 and not allowing people in or spawning additional channels.

    FV General chat is not spawning additional channels as it should.
    Showing General full with 400.
    Not showing General2.
    General 3 is currently showing with 199.

    Where did General 2 vanish to?

    Forcing /leave general3 and trying to reenter General finally resulted in General 2 to appear with 397.

    Still not working properly though.
