FTE Testing

Maybe it's just me, but it seems that to me FTE is the first step towards maintenance mode or minimal mode. Automate all in-game interactions and filter all online/support through algorithms and programs, so that the need for an actual person isn't needed.

Some may say that this may allow devs to focus more attention on new and upcoming content, which I hope is so, but with all the happenings of online gaming companies recently. One could speculate that this could be beginning of something, but who knows. I don't even play anymore, I just like to read the forums.

I would disregard the maintenance mode part, but very company looks to automate routine interactions. They would be foolish not to streamline these functions.
