Is there a reason the player crafted (non tradeskill) VoA berserker sleeves and gloves (aka from rustic armwraps, etc) have +Frenzy dmg modifier. But the raid versions of the crafted sleeves & gloves armor does not have any frenzy modifiers. (one example is Elagant Warmonger Sleeves.)
As I rcall the frenzy dmg on group and raid armor are on different slots. There is some overlap, but several slots that have frenzy on one and not the other.
