Free Trade: List of major tradeable items

    *The following assumes that Mischief will have the same trade restrictions as FV. Also pretty much all regular gear (read: Non Quest) that is normally No Drop is tradeable.

    Classic:
    Ring of the Ancients and Completed JBoots
    Pegasus Feather Cloak
    Guise of the Deceiver (All usable DE mask)
    All Plane of Sky Keys

    Kunark:
    All VP Medallions / Pieces of a Medallion, Trakanon Teeth,
    Both parts of Seb key as well as Seb Key itself (potentially sellable once it goes on your keyring?)
    Howling Stones Key pieces as well as the key itself *See above

    Velious:
    All Coldain Rings and All Prayer Shawls

    Luclin
    All Lucid Shards, Glowing Orbs of Luclinite, and Planes Rift. Container and Final key are NOT tradeable.
    Emperor Key (Ring of Shissar), Commander Idols, and Insignia are tradable, Taskmaster's Pouch (container) is NOT
    Arx Key is Tradeable
    Bane weapons for Seru/Emp are tradeable

    POP:
    All components of the Plane of Storms Key
    All components of and the completed Key to Plane of Torment tower
    All keys/components in Bastion of Thunder
    Wind Etched Key (Key to Xegony Isle in Air)
    Elemental Planes Flags and Time Phased Quintessence are NOT tradeable

    Epics
    Bard: Amygdalan Tendril, Maestro Symphony Pages (24 Top, 24 Bot, 25), Various step parchments/notes to deliver
    Beast: Copper Medal of War, Pretty much everything minus 1 container
    Berserker: Burning Essence of Rage
    Cleric: Singed Scroll
    Druid: Nothing of note
    Enchanter: Nothing of note
    Magician: Literally everything in the epic aside from the final spell you scribe for your epic is tradeable, lol.
    Monk: Robe of the Lost Circle, Robe of the Whistling Fists, Code of Zan Fi, The Idol, both Metal Pipes are all tradeable. Books and turnin fight rewards are not.
    Necromancer: Cloak of Spiroc Feathers (Sky reward)
    Paladin: All Tainted Darksteel drops (Gleaming Crested rewards too but w/e), Fiery Avenger, Soulfire
    Ranger: Nothing of note
    Rogue: Every single item is tradeable
    Shadowknight: Ghoulbane, Soul Leech, Blade of Abrogation, Lhrancs Token
    Shaman: Nothing of note
    Warrior: Ball of Everliving Golem, Ancient Blade
    Wizard: Green Oil

    The final VP key is tradeable as well, also currently selling on FV.

    Since it also /keyrings, guilds will be pulling straws for who gets to be key bltch

    Which key, specifically? Because Key to Veeshan's Peak is not the current VP key

    All raid gear as well will be tradeable, all the Kunark Iksar quest items are tradeable Greenmist,Shaman weapons, Monk weapons etc

    I just checked a few random weapons and 41% haste belts on FV and all were tradeable.

    Many of the items used in epics are actual stat items dropped in group and raid content that are highly sought after for the item itself. These are all tradeable, items like Staff of Elemental Mastery Earth and Water, Blue Crystal Staff, Pegasus Feather Cloak, necro cloak from Sky and and many others. Many were actual items that were loot drops before epics were even created.

    If my memory serves, many of the campable items with no stats, that were introduced specifically as epic drops, are tradable also. However, many of the epic camps are from named that do not have the 'rare creature' tag. Camps like Raster of Guk, Gimblox, Bergurgle and many others may not be included in the random loot drop tables simply because they do not have this tag. This is speculation on my part, however, I do believe it would be a good idea to exclude them.

    For example, lets say you are trying to get a crown from Lord Bergurgle in Lake rathe for your cleric epic. If this npc that is not tagged as a 'rare creature' is included in the random loot feature, you might see a lot of them drop during classic launch. What happens in Kunark and later in SoV+? With very few people leveling and killing named in classic, how you would go back and get your epic drop? If Lord Bergurgle is included in the random loot feature, you would sit at his camp or another other named of the same level for weeks with a crazy low chance of ever getting your drop.

    This is a down side that people have not really considered.

    Trying to purchase or trade for an item you desire, in era, will probably be easy . . . but what happens when you need to go back to an older expansion for a specific item when very few if anyone is now hunting in that expansion?

    No, all of those keys are STILL no drop and will require every player to attain them to take part in those raids. Clicky items are for the most part all tradeable though yes so once a guild gets 1 they can effectively get the AA for every single class that can use it like we got to experience on Quarm (server).

    In the off chance a dev peeks at this I STRONGLY recommend changing the completed Medallions as well as Piece of a Medallion in Kunark to NO DROP on Free Trade as in the current state they will be heavily farmed simply to sell. I would anticipate multiple level 1s perpetually in SONH for example. Considering the Medallion quests were recently made non-multiquestable specifically to combat this behavior I don't think it's unreasonable.

    In the same vein the Lucid Shards in VT may need the same treatment. For the most part I don't think any of them would be a particular problem just because of amount of picks and high number of mobs that drop them but a zone like Fungus Grove which has few mobs and has always been a major bottleneck might be exacerbated if farm crews setup with the sole intention of selling them.

    Hey, a lot of the bottlenecks have been improved at least! Honestly the classes with more tradeable loot are probably the most likely to have to compete with farmers so there's that.

    Selling cleric multiquests is the thing of the past, hello mages.
