Force of the Elements revisited...

    So, I was playing with Kizant’s app, and I realized that for me, Force of the elements give 3.5 % dps increase (I have rnk 2 spells etc).

    That is really not bad!

    I use FoE all the time. Mana free DPS is always a good thing. It's a very good AA to max out.
