Hey guys, I know you have a lot on your plate, but it is completely unacceptable that I am not able to log into my 2nd account. I have tried over 150 times to type my UN / PW in over the last 12 hours and am at my wits end. I just cannot believe that this is happening. All the response that we've gotten so far is "We're looking into it" "We know there's a problem" How about some actual information? How about some other way of providing support for your customers? What a let down. **** DELETE THIS POST**** of course 1 minute after i posted and 5 attempts later i was finally able to log into the account.
Yeah, happens like that I spent 10 minutes doing my UserName and Password and it failed. I was reading here, and then tried... it worked. Not sure what is going on.
I get as far as the push play button, 2 small black boxes open and close , then everything shuts down. This is all because I went through my petition and deleted asnd copied files to try to get overseer to work
