It's been happening since the latest expansion patch, and it's occurring more and more. Bringing up the find window either through the actions window or through a hot key brings the window up with the incapability of uncollapsing it so I could find a particular npc in the zone I'm in. It's not isolated to a select number of zones either, it's happening in all of them - and while my usual work-around of camping back to character select worked for a while, it's not anymore and I find it completely annoying to camp completely out of the game just to get a window to work. I'm not a tracking class, so I need that find window to rely on for most things.
