Ferocious Kicks Change

    - Ranger - Improved the resist rate of Ferocious Kicks.

    Was it made more resistable? In favor of the npcs and mobs?

    If so, then wtf Daybreak!!

    I suspect it went the other way.
    On test server, monks had a bunch of abilities become melee triggered, and they were making the resists better for them
