Hi all, Any chance we can get the size of Fellowships increased beyond 14 and/or decrease the number needed to drop a campfire?
In reference to the Player limit, they have, more than once, say this will never happen, as it would then become a mini-Guild. You can, indeed, create actual Guilds and use raid banners in conjunction with fires, as it is. As for the need to have 3 Players to set a fire (or 12 to set a Banner), these are actual QoL issues in my opinion. Players get on an have limited play time. There are other players who... let's face it... get lost as soon as they log into the game. Being able to plant banners and / or fire with just 1 Person, would improve the QoL of everyone, by allowing Players to get to the rest of the raid / group and get the fun going much faster. If there is some weird concern about using the special fires / banners (and I would wonder why), then maybe only allow the basic fire / banner to be planted by 1 person, while the others retain the player requirements.
From a kind of roleplay point of view, making it a class trait to be able to drop a campfire whilst being solo, for the games scouts might be a nice touch (Rangers and Rogues). A case could also be made for Druids and Wizards.
Would much rather see the campfire/teleport feature become a group function rather than a Fellowship function. Fellowships can be the MiniGuild/FriendsMotD/Shared exp mechanic Rather than campfire, we just get an AA on a 1 hour cooldown that teleports you to the group leader.
