Everquest is currently undergoing a 24-hour patch. But you'd never know it by the front forum page and Twitter feed. Or Facebook account. (sorry, I don't use Discord so I have no idea what might be there) I know Accendo is relatively new, but I would hope that whatever is in the manual for their job that notifications for major server events would be near the front. Since Dreamweaver has left, it's felt like the red banner notifications for server issues has been a hit or miss proposition ... and there have been plenty of incidents lately to work out any learning for notification posting that might be needed. Can we get our notifications back? And can we look at using social media more for the major events (like today's outage)?
