A quick question about necro vs monk fd. Is their success rate topped at 98% too? Our Death Peace AA is 98% according to Lucy's spell data. And I'm aware of Deaths Effigy. This is not about that particular AA.
Think both monk and necro normal fd is 98% success. The difference is monks is skill based and necros casted. So monks can still be used when stunned, silenced, etc where as normal casting rules apply to death peace.
