Fixed Internally Faded Velium War Hammer Recipe

Creating a Faded Velium War Hammer with fletching gives Faded Velium Hammer.

With Fletching i used - Marquise and Oval Cut Velium Diamond - Planing tool - High tensile lacquer - Raw Velium Ore - Velium infused plank - Rod plan

I have made enough hammers to supply the guild monks and beasts and rogues and my sk still without a warhammer. I would sell my firstborn for the right recipe.

I've made myself a bug. (Darned copy and paste errors)

Any luck on getting this recipe figured out? Tried to make one myself and ended up with the faded velium hammer. Not really what my SK needs or wants.
