Evolving eye of decay

I got the eye of decay some time ago from a damsel of decay vanquisher-achievement.

I just noticed it has a greyed-out convert-button, that I don't have the requirements to click.

The item description says "the eye awaits the vanquisher of vim and vigor".

I do have the vanquisher achievement for "vim and vigor", I got that before I got the eye.

Why can't I convert the eye? Am I missing something?

I have tried to take it out of my gear, and click it while it is in my top-level inventory, it still does not work.

It lists the wrong achievement, it wants the other sides iirc

So it wants "wither and decay" vanquisher achievement?

I don't have that yet...
