I think I see where the confusion comes from and I am sorry for that! Apparently I mistyped one answer Is this found in original EverQuest? -> YES I may have mislead myself due to the fact that things changed around ... sorry for that. The zone was changed around several times so it depends on how you look at it ... Either: Original, Or: Scars of Velious, Or: Legacy of Ykesha (every decendant replacing the older one) But what I am looking for is in the zone all the time.
Yes It would be fruitful to identify the expansion? Is this in or before Underfoot? In or before Dragons of Norrath? In or before Luclin (the first)? (Although that could be misleading - but it was in before SoL already) Is this found in original EverQuest? (might be misleading) No Is this an NPC? Is it an item? Is it a zone/instance? Is it an ability? Is it something an NPC says? Is it something environmental, like wind, rain, snow? (No - not a weather condition) Is this evident in all combat zones? Is it evident in more than one expansion? (At least not that I know of) Is this in or AFTER Torment of Velious? Is this in a zone that was a "special" add and not coincident with the majority of zones considered the "expansion"? Just to be clear, is the subject found in the expansion Luclin (the first)? Is this subject found in more than one SoL zone? Is it found in Velious (the first)? (might be misleading) Is it found in Kunark (the first)?
Ahhh, I think I understand now. Think you are saying that this is something added to/changed in one or more original EverQuest zones. Confirm?
It is in one specific zone. Just that the zone saw some iterations (The first iteration was in with the base game.) And it is in each iteration of the zone. So ... this pretty much gives away the zone already.
By any chance is it the piano in the north central area at /loc 400, 449, 12 (simplified) which is guarded by a forsaken revenant?
