    No, it drops in more than one zone, but I wouldn't consider it a world drop because it is limited to one expansion and not every zone in the expac. If I am misunderstanding the world drop definition, I apoligize.

    Yeah I think of a global drop as stuff like purity Augs and maybe the ultra rare items that can drop from literally any mob
