Yes. No. No. YES I was really hoping someone would ask if the item still dropped. The "might be misleading" tag on some of the answers was starting to get awkward
I did not see any comment that the item no longer drops. But, killing a Name and finding this item would be truly disappointing. Although, I have seen some . . . forget the exact name . . . graduated items that get better with experience that start out quite poorly.
