Yes! Well done. I did this recently and got the exact aug that I wanted, but it takes kind of a long time for a reward that's pretty outdated now. Oh well. The CPU itself responds to hails and everything. Doesn't move, but summons and spawns a bunch of adds. Doesn't drop anything himself usually, but does spawn a chest.
When you said "in the house of thule ERA" in your recap I started looking at anniversary quests, I will start one up in a little while. I've been sitting on something for the last few games.
