I was looking for something obscure in Stonebrunt and came across this guy. He's from one of the most recent expansions so nobody would be real familiar with him, and the location of the zone he's in is not associated with the expansion that created it. i.e. Stonebrunt is part of Odus but created in the Velious expansion. Not to mention hardly anybody goes to Stonebrunt anymore so few people would have ever seen him if they didn't do the quest he's part of.
Good one, when everyone eliminated the TBL zones, I thought, maybe it's that task where we had to run all over the world...
