Dizra To`Biath? From screenshot I am uncertain whether or not she wears a "dress". However many males wear robes (a dress?) and many females wear pants. So I am going with dress or no dress as an alternate phrasing of a question whether npc appears to be male or female.

Well it doesn't have legs on it, so it is technically I "dress". I logged into an alt that I had parked in Neriak to check on that before answering that question. The Zam image is from the side so I couldn't be sure from that.
