OK, I'll admit defeat. When the light source possibility went away along with shield and found in CT, that did it. Good luck gang.
I went through all of the raidloot.com items for SoV and older that can be equipped in the secondary slot, removed those not in Antonica (including the Planes which are not in Antonica), those that are a shield and those that are weapons. Nada left. I also looked at Project 1999 light sources. But, that 's now out. So, while you may be close, and I don't doubt it, I am completely flummoxed. I suspect I am missing something fairly obvious, but I don't know what it is.
Aw, don't. There is enough info now to identify it. Hint: It is used in a quest. That does not mean that the items usefulness is limited to that quest.. it was a commonly used item in its day.
