It is level 30 or below. It has a proper name. This NPC is technically can be found during the first 10 expansions, but is not tied to the release of an expansion. Located in a zone with water. It is located in a zone adjacent to a city or a place which you can bind. Involved in a quest. Kinda Nekkid. No Not an item or location Not located on Antonica, Faydwer, Luclin, Kunark, Velious, Kuua Not Fippy No Lackeys Not found underwater No boats travel through the zone. Does not like to hop (to my knowledge) Not of a playable race If you were playing EQ on April 24th, 2000 at 1:27am GMT you would not be able to meet, greet, and murder this NPC. Not a seasonal/temporary NPC. Does not drop any of it's body parts. Does not wear a robe. Not sporting a cloaca (don't google it) Worthless Questions (AKA Mort) Cannot Confirm nor deny a death rattle at this point Is any part of it the color periwinkle? Does it enjoy chicken wings? Does it have boobies? Is the NPC fugly?
The NPC's quest is related to a specific class (and I'm going to give this one to you for free), but not an epic.
