    I was referring to the quoted section where they reserve the right to change the rules or close the server at any time.

    I was quoting this article in an unrelated thread months ago (for a prison server for EQ1) and that wording was there.

    My point was that they were warned that the server could be closed at any time. (Nothing is permanent in life anyways).

    The more interesting thing is that as I understand they actually got permabanned on the dbg account level so like if they cheated in eq2 in 2016 got sent to that server and then moved onto playing planetside 2 and don't cheat anymore they lost that as well. I could be wrong but thats what the comments on that article were saying I think.

    To be clear, I have no information on who was banned nor why. I merely pointed out that those who chose to move their character to Drunder could send a petition/ticket and appeal it. Customer Support was aware people would be sending tickets regarding their accounts. Apart from that information, I had nothing else to share. :)
