Escrow expired on unlimited plot

I'm receiving mail that the escrow expired on a plot which has unlimited time left due to the bixie house:



Is this going to pack up in 90 days unnecessarily? It's been fine for the past 10 years.

Depositing platinum into escrow does not seem to change anything.

Theres 2 sinks to escrow, the plot and the house, bixie house doesn't make the plot free.

You still need to keep at least 1 chronobine stored in the escrow. That is all I have put in for my Hermit's Hideaway.

It does, I've literally never put money into this plot. I have the ship, tree, and a couple hermit houses as well, all free.

I have 3 Hermit, 3 Ship, 3 Bixie and 3 Trees (12 total special houses) all make the plot free as well as the house itself.

You do however need to put something in the plot so you can place the house. Once the special house is placed there is no further charge.

The confusion is in the descriptor on the item that leads one to believe there will be a charge but when you look at the manage button it actually says "reduction'

I was concerned this may be a game wide bug but they all show unlimited on mine. Def a bug and gave you an upvote like

Thanks mate. I didn't receive emails for any other the other houses with unlimited free rent, just the 1 bixie house.

Oh, just thought of something. If there is a crate on the property it does charge for that.
