Just wanted to throw this out there but my Norton anti virus just started showing today that the EQ exe icon is showing dangerous. This only started today so no clue when started after patch. Might not be something to worry on but I always trust Norton and have never had issues before so maybe something to look into.
This used to happen to me all the time on my XP machine Norton would flag the exe file as a problem. I had to manually give permission on it. Launcher was always fine but the game exe itself needed to be manually verified. Never had that problem on my Win 10 machines though and didn't this patch either and I use Norton on all of the machines.
Yeah this was the first time for mine. I am on Win 10 atm. Was little of a surprise for me being first time.
