I beta buffed a character to 115 and took a look at the spells. The spells are a copy from RoS spells. Mana Repetition is now called "New Mana Repetition" as an example, and that is true for all. There is nothing new or special above 110 that didn't exist as an upgrade in RoS. Presumably they will change the spell names, and it is conceivable that they could add new spells in the future - there is an unfinished quality to them.
Other than the fairly broad refactoring going on in AAs and spells I'm curious to see what new mechanics ToV introduces. I wonder what "the fire" is in aristo's list
I'm pretty sure it was just a reference to the Billy Joel song. Don't read too much into it Edit: Aristo sneaks in other references here and there, I personally liked this one: "New Shield of Scales (59841-43) and Bad Data (Lore)"
