Enchanter How To - Project Illusion

I have not tried this for a long time. When I attempted it last night, nothing worked. Noting that the AA toggles from Enabled to Disabled. Here is what I did:
Remove present hot button for the AA.
Toggle the ability to Enable
Make hot button. Place it. It reads Disable. Target other. Cast it. Self only illusioned.

How to make this thing do Enable long enough to take?

You have to be grouped to illusion another player. And they can't have an illusion already on.
