Beat the Rathe Council, the Essence of Earth was up and did not get flag. Do you need to have Plane of Earth B Key to get the Rathe Council flag or is this a bug?
After the Rathe Council dies the avatar of earth spawns. Gotta kill the avatar of earth and this will spawn the essence of earth. Hail the essence of earth to get the Mount of Living Stone. You must do something similar in the other elemental planes to get the other elemental pieces. Combine the pieces in an Odylic Vial to make the Quintessence of Elements. That item serves as your PoTime flag.
^ what he said. There is no “character flag” yellow text. You receive the mound of living stone, which is part of the time key and also grants you access to PoEa and PoEb (assuming you are on a server where you have restricted access). Note that while this pseudo flags you for zone entry, it is not a replacement for all the flagging done in previous zones and PoP progression. You can have Earth access and still not be technically flagged. Kinda a moot point but yea.
