Pile your silk at a banner AWAY from the boss. Put splashing classes there as well as with the chain/leather and plate that are at his feet. There is a warning before his AE, time your splashes.

CC what you can, inferno flares can be mezzed at that point and casters can range down adds if need be.

They asked how to survive with low dps and multiple AEs...not Sancus/Kizant level deeps....

We all huddle up and AE heal and use wards.
    Mez infernos
    Charm Flamlings
Range Kill mephits (these have mana drain keepthem from the raid)

Our DPS is improving all the time, as is only folloing MA and not breaking mezes. Don't be afraid to leave infernos mezed until after wave 3 if your DPS is low. Blind tanks are usless at picking up the next wave. We also take a pause and keep 1 inferno mezed if the raid needs to med up before moving on to the next phase and the 2 named mobs.

A few months back we started awarding Bonus DKP for performance and have seen the focus of the raid improve, DPS go up and emote fails go down. :)

    Good luck :)

Blind tanks should have assignments like /tar_an_inferno_flare00 up to 09 iirc...helps for the others as well.

If your guild has decent DPS, GMM 1. Just stack on dragon and burn hard. 1-2 bards pulling mechanics away from dragon. Should be like 4-5 min fight max.

Teach priests how to DPS. Most have no clue in mid tier guilds.

Shaman can sustain over 300k DPS indefinitely (long as mob not buff locked) while healing very well.
Druid can do over 450k DPS, when strictly DPSing (probably 350k ish WHILE healing MT for 4 million hp/min with Ethereal Ways cast once every 15s in a pet group).
Clerics can do over 150k DPS while healing very well.

Make GINA a requirement for all. Too many emotes that MUST be followed. You will not progress without people being able to follow emotes, just not going to happen.

The day GINA is required for raiding is the day I quit.
