Druid 1.5 Epic - Skeleton Event in Toxxulia Forest

I have tried this even several times and have been unable to successfully complete it. It does not seem to give the emote "Your voice echoes nicely from the walls" Is this an actual thing? Below is my log:

Clearly. I have the 1.0 and this is 3/4 of the way into the 1.5 quest.

I got this to work on the 4th attempt. This time I got the emote about 5 minutes in:

Seems like it works sometimes but not all the time. My only guess is you have to be at a very specific spot. Standing where the "a skeleton" spawn isn't good enough. Although common sense tells you it should.

I'd suggest lowering the time you have to sit there and spam a bit. 35 min+ spamming one phrase is not what I'd call engaging.

Anyway I unsure if this is actually bugged at this point, but should probably be reviewed and/or adjusted.
